Are you concerned about-

Lines around your eyes,

Tired or dull looking skin,

Would you like to-

Look younger for longer,

Look even more beautiful,

Age well in the future,

Are you worried about-

Bruising or swelling after treatment,

Possible side effects,

Looking artificial or 'done',

Then restylane soft restoration is for you

What is 'soft restoration' with dermal fillers?

This is a procedure for prevention of skin ageing and improving the quality of skin. We have been using dermal fillers for many years. Most common use has been to fill lines and wrinkles. Recent advances in our knowledge combined with patient expectations has resulted in a shift towards the 'natural look'. We have always favoured this approach and it is nice to see this now become the trend!

How is this performed?

This is performed under a local anesthetic. Aseptic technique is used and skin is disinfected thoroughly. A flexible pix'l cannula is used. Dr Gheyi very carefully injects the filler under the skin to provide a uniform coverage.

What are the benefits of soft restoration with restylane?

Hyaluronic acid injections improve the moisture content in the skin similar to having a moisturiser from within. It is antioxidant and also stimulates collagen synthesis. A combination of these effects should help the skin to continue to look radiant and healthy.

Is the procedure painful?

No, most of our patients comment that it is a very tolerable procedure.

Is there any downtime?

Usually none, patients are back to their routine immediately. However, it is better to allow for some downtime and avoid this procedure immediately prior to important social or professional engagements.

What preparation must I make prior to this procedure?

Usually none, if you are taking blood thinning medications such as aspirin then it is safer to stop these prior to your procedure. Please do check with your doctor if it safe to stop your medication. Arnica tablets can be taken for a few days prior to and after the procedure if required and provided that there are no medical issues with this.
