EVLT® or endovenous laser therapy is a walk-in, walk-out procedure for treatment of varicose veins. This is carried out under ultrasound guidance after a duplex doppler scan of legs has been carried out for assessment of suitability for this procedure.

This is carried out under local anaesthesia and can be combined with removal of larger veins through very tiny incisions in the skin or sclerotherapy.
